Scott was born, raised, went to high school and college all in Northern California.

After receiving his degree in Aeronautics and a minor in business, he worked as a Satellite engineer and taught Air Force personnel about GPS satellites. His real estate career started in 1991 and soon gravitated towards helping people reduce their Property Taxes.

He has been successful in reducing property taxes on many types of property, such as: Retail, Office, Industrial, Land, Commercial and Residential properties all over the State on California.

He is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed Commercial pilot, collects antique maps, enjoys classic cars and traveling.
